Returns and exchanges
We do not except returns on any of the kits, however we are happy to exchange the kit to the same value. Postage is the responsibility of the customer.If you would like to exchange your kit please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
If there is something missing in your kit or your order is severely damaged in transit please contact email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Currently I ship kits once a week, on a Tuesday, due to Covid 19. Please order by Monday evening UK time for Tuesday shipping.
All domestic post is shipped 1st class Royal Mail. For International orders, these are sent ‘Tracked’ Royal Mail. PLEASE NOTE if a ‘Free Shipping’ code is used, these will be sent ‘International standard’ without tracking.
Each kit is wrapped in protective recyclable corrugated card and sent out in a ‘green’ jiffy padded envelope.

Any Becky Hogg Embroidery kit posted on social media must credit the designer.
Variation in materials
Every effort is made to continually stock the same materials used in the original design, however, on rare occasions it may be necessary to substitute a product. This will always be as close to the original as possible and of the same quality.
Metal threads naturally tarnish over time due to environmental conditions at the time of working the embroidery, and once it’s completed. We do not replace threads that have tarnished as this is a natural occurrence.
Tarnishing can be avoided by covering your work with acid free tissue and framing the piece on completion keeping it safe from environmental conditions.It also keeps it safe from handling and dust.
